1. Services

Boon is a AI web-based platform allowing users to create and customize their logos for personal or commercial use. Users can generate, save, and download logos through the Service.

2. Payment and Billing

We may invoice you for your use of the Services through a third-party payment service provider. The third-party service provider's terms of service shall govern and supersede this Agreement in case of conflict.

You are free to cancel your plan at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including inappropriate use of the Service. You will not be refunded for the current subscription period, but you will not be charged after the current subscription period has ended.

3. Taxes and Currencies

All fees on Boon shall be in U.S. Dollars except when specifically stated otherwise in writing by Boon. You have full and sole responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with our fees and service, including any sales tax related to the purchase or sale of services.

4. User Content

Boon can present logo templates, concepts, and easy production tools to users. During the subscription payment period, the user will have ownership of all symbol logo designs created by the user. The right to copy the downloaded final design or a unique license is granted. The final design is displayed in the user creation history and can be downloaded. Certain symbols, colors, fonts, and other design elements inside the website that are not created by the user cannot be downloaded at no cost or used for commercial or personal purposes.

The logo created by the user through our service becomes the user's property when downloaded. Users use this service to grant the necessary rights to create and store logos. The logo created by the user through our service is owned by the user himself after purchase.

Boon does not retain copies of permanently deleted user content, and the logo can only be downloaded as shown on the site.

5. Restrictions

The Service must only be used within the bounds of the law. Users must not engage in any activities that infringe on others' copyrights or support illegal activities, such as creating logos. Boon may determine in its sole discretion whether or not an Account is in violation of any of its policies. An offending user may be permanently restricted from holding an account or using the Services. If Boon reasonably determines that a user’s account is being used for illegal or fraudulent activity, then the user’s account may be immediately terminated. Also pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, reasonably likely to cause harm, or that could be reasonably considered slanderous or libelous.

6. Disclaimers

Boon is provided "as is," and we make no warranties of any kind regarding the quality, completeness, reliability, effectiveness, or suitability of the Service. All risks associated with the use of this Service lie with the user.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Changes will be posted on the Service's website, and users are responsible for reviewing the updated Terms.
