Boon operates as an AI web-based platform allowing users to create and customize their logos for personal or commercial use. The platform enables generation, storage, and downloading of logos.

2. Payment and Billing

Third-party payment providers handle invoicing, with their terms superseding this agreement if conflicts arise. Users may cancel anytime, though no refunds apply to current subscription periods. The company reserves termination rights for any reason, including inappropriate service use.

3. Taxes and Currencies

All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Users bear complete responsibility for associated taxes and fees, including sales tax.

4. User Content

Users own logo designs they create during active subscriptions. Downloaded designs become user property with download and usage rights granted. However, symbols, colors, fonts, and other design elements inside the website that are not created by the user cannot be downloaded at no cost or used for commercial or personal purposes.

5. Restrictions

Use must comply with law. Activities violating copyrights or enabling illegal conduct are prohibited. Boon may permanently restrict violating accounts. Prohibited content includes pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material.

The service is provided "as is" with no warranties regarding quality, reliability, or suitability. Users assume all associated risks.

7. Changes to Terms

Boon reserves modification rights, posting updates on the website. Users must review updated terms.
